Delivery & Returns
N.B. Due to Brexit, we are currently unable to deliver to the UK and Northern Ireland.
Where do you deliver to?
Currently we only deliver to the ROI, Europe, North America, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Liquorice Interiors ships from Ireland (EU) and we are not responsible for any duties and/or taxes you may incur upon delivery.
How long will my order take to get to me?
All Liquorice products (excl. Voluspa candles, which are dispatched within 1-2 days) are handmade to order by our small team so please allow up to 14 days for production and delivery. If your order includes both a Voluspa and a Liquorice product, again please allow up to 14 days for the production of your Liquorice item as they will not be delivered separately. We will notify you by email when your order has been packaged and dispatched. Please refer to the table below for how long your order will take to be delivered after it has been dispatched.
Standard Tracked Delivery Rates:

Do you offer Tracked Delivery?
Yes, all orders are sent out with tracked delivery using DPD or AnPost. Within Ireland you may also elect to get your order instead delivered to a DPD collection point near you on the day of delivery.
Do you offer Free Delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery on orders of €75 or more to the Republic of Ireland, orders of €150 or more to Europe and orders of €200 or more to the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Can I return an item?
Of course, if you are not 100% happy with your order, any item can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of your order being delivered. Contact us at email@example.com to start your return as items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Liquorice Interiors will not cover the shipping costs of returning your items, this must be paid for by you.
- We ask that all items are returned to us unused and in perfect condition.
- If you are returning a Voluspa product please ensure it is packed securely and carefully as we are unable to offer you a refund or replacement if the item is returned to us damaged.
- We recommend that you send any returns using a tracked postal service as unfortunately, we won’t be able to give a refund if returned items are lost in the post with no proof of postage.
Do you offer Exchanges?Yes, we offer exchanges on any Voluspa product as long as it is returned to us unused and damage free. However, we will not accept exchanges on or for Liquorice products as they are handmade to order and are not a stock item. Also, please note that we will not post the Voluspa item you have chosen for exchange until we have received the item you do not want.
